In 2011, we began collecting data for the National Socio-Economic Registry with the NSER Survey. The NSER is a database containing demographic and economic details about every single household in Pakistan.
Bhutto’s government initiated the Benazir Income Support Program in 2008. To get more people involved in the program, the It project was launched. The NSER survey was then used to collect information from people all over Pakistan.
Sign Up Using the Web Form
In 2011, the Benazir Income Support Program initiated the NSER survey. Representatives from NSER went door-to-door to collect information about participants in this program. Meanwhile, NSER agents canvassed 27 million households to gather information. A beta base was established by NSER members and NADRA. where everyone’s information was aggregated. For the past decade, BISP and other social security programs have relied on information collected by NSER.

Dynamic Registration with NSER
The Benazir Income Support Program necessitates participation in the Dynamic Registry. In the tehsil offices of the Benazir Income Support Program, the NSER Dynamic Registry is being run for free on behalf of qualified families.

To ensure that all eligible individuals are able to participate in the Benazir Income Support Programme, BISP Chairperson Shazia Murree has re-launched the NSER New Survey. Everyone who has never applied for the Benazir Income Support Program before and is not currently enrolled in it. Participation in the NSER survey will allow them to join the program. NSER Survey’s sign-up process for the Benazir Income Support Program couldn’t be simpler.
Special people like the elderly, the disabled, eunuchs, etc., can register on a Saturday as part of the Benazir Income Support Program. Since Benazir’s office tends to get crowded even on non-holidays, this move by the Pakistani government is much appreciated. The fact that the Banazirankam Support Program has set aside a specific day of the week for the registration of special persons creates difficulties for people with disabilities.

CNIC Verifies New NSER Survey Registrants
Keep in mind that you will be asked similar things in the NSER survey. These questions must be answered correctly. Then, your details will be checked out. And your eligibility is determined by the answers to these questions. For the benefit of the public, NSER Chairwoman ISP Shazia Murree has also launched online registration. You can sign up online if you have access to the internet.

Qualifications Required
Participants in the NSER survey must fall within the Benazir Income Support Program’s eligibility guidelines in order to take part.
- The Benazir Income Support Program has the following requirements for participation:
- There should be no public servants in your immediate family.
- No real estate should be registered in your name.
- Possession of a valid, original National Identity Card is required.
- A score of less than 25 indicates poverty.
Keep in mind that prior to making this payment, you were not eligible for Benazir Income Support Program benefits.
A passport is not required.
